BOV employees rewarded

Johann Ferrando from Bank of Valletta's BoV Msida branch was recently presented with a certificate together and a reward after proposing a process change directed at improving response time.

Emanuel Gove from the bank's St Julian's branch received a separate award as the employee who had the highest number of accepted suggestions.

The presentations were made by BoV's Chief Officer Operations Igino Xuereb.

The bank's Staff Suggestion Scheme promotes employee participation by encouraging employees to put forward recommendations on how the bank can enhance the service it offers its customers.
