The other day I visited the site named e-Bay to buy an item. In the past, I bought items with no problem, having received the items in question as supplied. However, to my amazement, when this time I chose the item I wanted, I was informed that Malta is unlisted, meaning that no parcels will be sent to our island.

The hearsay is that Malta has been blacklisted from e-Bay as recently items despatched to our island where frequently lost or stolen prior to delivery.

The addressee then submits a complaint to e-Bay which would have to reimburse the item in question.

Can someone from Maltapost perhaps explain what is going on and what measures can be taken to remedy the situation?
