Concern over supermarket plans

The Graffitti group has voiced its concern over the proposed development of a supermarket in Mosta.

The area indicated for development lies outside the development scheme in Ta' Mellu close to Speranza Valley, the group said.

Graffitti believes the country cannot afford to lose more land to development.

Mepa should do its utmost to safeguard land by rejecting proposals outside the development schemes, the group said.
