Marsovin winery is enhancing its professional team with the appointment of wine specialist Aaron Rizzo.
Mr Rizzo will communicate with hotel and restaurant staff and others in the wine trade about the philosophy of Marsovin, its commitment to quality and to the culture of wine.
It will be his responsibility to convey information about viticultural and vinification methods used to produce Marsovin's wide range of wines.
Mr Rizzo, who holds a BSc in Applied Science in Hospitality Administration, studies at the Institute of Tourism Studies in Malta, and furthered his studies at the New Hampshire College in the United States.
He holds a diploma from the Wines and Spirits Education Trust and is also an Associate of the Institute of Wines and Spirits, UK - AIWS. During his varied career he has acted as judge in cook and service, cocktail and international wine competitions.
