The Chaplaincy is inviting all students and staff to a week of guided prayer to grow in their personal relationship with God. During this week, one can learn how to pray with the Bible so that prayer is an encounter with God and not simply a devotional routine. It involves meeting a Jesuit priest, religious, or lay person trained in spiritual accompaniment on a daily basis in order to share a spiritual journey.

This week will start on Tuesday, February 27, with an introductory meeting at 6 p.m. at Dar Manwel Magri and will end on March 8. For applications and information call the Chaplaincy on 2340-2341 or e-mail: chaplaincy@um.edu.mt

The Chaplaincy is offering two silent retreats for young people aged between 17 and 25. The retreats, which will be guided by Jesuits and lay people, will be held from Friday to Sunday and from March 9 to 11 at Mount St Joseph Retreat House in Mosta. More information is available on the Chaplaincy Website, http://home.um.edu.mt/chaplaincy.
