MIM training courses in Gozo

Following various requests by its members from Gozo, the Malta Institute of Management (MIM) has increased its contribution towards the development of HR in Gozo.

The MIM has recently delivered two courses in Gozo, namely on the euro adoption and VAT. The euro course, which has been a success in Malta, was popular also in Gozo.

The VAT for retailers course was also received positively. Given the encouraging response, the MIM is organising further courses in Gozo to ensure that the residents in Gozo have access to the same opportunities provided to the Maltese.

The MIM has seen an increased membership in Gozo. Apart from the courses themselves, this is also attributable to the annual MIM event in Gozo, whereby Gozitans are given more information on education possibilities and also the fast track to career progression.

Gozitans are increasingly recognising the importance of being members of organisations like the MIM to keep abreast with the most recent management tools.

The MIM organises various educational programmes, research papers, and publications for the development of managers in Malta. The MIM is also seeking collaboration with other organisations to ensure that Gozitans have access to the widest range of educational programmes possible.
