Reference is made to a court report entitled Hospital Tender Irregularities Case: It Was Personal Vendetta, Suspect Tells Police, involving an employee of a competitor of iSoft and a Maltese government official that appeared on the backpage of The Times (February 1) wherein it is reported that the Maltese official said "...in September (2006), a report confirmed that iSoft had gone bankrupt..."

iSoft plc declares that it is not bankrupt now, it was not bankrupt in September 2006, nor was it ever bankrupt. iSoft plc's parent company (iSoft Group plc) is a company listed on the London Stock Exchange.

There are other inaccurate or incorrect statements reported in The Times' article, however, iSoft plc feels it should not comment at this stage because of the pending court proceedings involving the two individuals.
