Barcelona: Barcelona forwards Ronaldinho, Samuel Eto'o and Lionel Messi trained together for the first time since September on Thursday and could all feature in tomorrow's match at home to Racing Santander. Eto'o reappeared after a four-month lay-off following knee surgery last weekend, Messi has been given the all-clear to play again after breaking a bone in his foot and Ronaldinho has recovered from a bruised knee. "My aim is to be the same player I was before I got injured," Eto'o said yesterday. "But I'm going to have to work really hard to achieve that. I've still got to overcome the fear that my knee won't respond."

Ballack: Chelsea midfielder Michael Ballack will miss Saturday's game at home to Middlesbrough after pulling a thigh muscle in Germany's 3-1 win over Switzerland in a midweek friendly. However, the Londoners are boosted by the news that defender Wayne Bridge has recovered from a knock picked up during England training and is ready for the game.

Arsenal: Arsenal midfielder Abou Diaby and defender Emmanuel Eboue could return for tomorrow's match at home to Wigan. Both missed last week's game with Middlesbrough with a knee and ankle injury respectively.

Riquelme: Villarreal have agreed to loan Argentine playmaker Juan Roman Riquelme to his former club Boca Juniors until the end of the season, the Primera Liga side said yesterday. Spanish media reported that the midfielder would receive $2 million to play for Boca in the Clausura championship, which starts this weekend, and the Libertadores Cup.

Red Star Offer: Serbian champions Red Star Belgrade have offered their stadium to Italy's Inter to use in case the San Siro stadium continues to be deemed off limits to spectators in the wake of new anti-hooligan regulations. Serb media quoted a letter by Red Star president Dragan Stojkovic offering the use of the stadium for Inter's Champions League game against Spain's Valencia on Jan. 21.

Klose: Werder Bremen expect to have Miroslav Klose back fit to lead the attack in today's Bundesliga game away to VfB Stuttgart. Werder gave up the league leadership to Schalke 04 when they lost 2-0 against them last weekend. Now three points off the lead, they cannot afford another setback against Stuttgart, who are four points behind them in third place. Klose is the Bundesliga's joint-leading scorer with 11 goals.

Schweinsteiger: Bastian Schweinsteiger will be forced to take a breather for Bayern Munich in Sunday's game against Arminia Bielefeld, after picking up a fifth yellow card in last week's 3-0 defeat by Nuremberg. Ottmar Hitzfeld is likely to bring in Lukas Podolski in a three-man forward line as they seek a win they desperately need.

MFA Division Three: Qrendi vs Attard 1-0; Mgarr vs Gharghur3-1.
