A Libyan builder was yesterday charged with stealing tools from his employer.

Magistrate Michael Mallia heard Adel Ahmed Albarghi, 35, plead not guilty to stealing five tools from Emmanuel Attard on Sunday.

He was remanded in custody. Police Inspector Malcolm Spiteri prosecuted.
