A man was yesterday cleared of acting as a security guard at an adult club without a licence after a magistrate ruled that the charge had not been proven. Magistrate Giovanni Grixti cleared Serbian Nemaja Manojlovic, 23, of acting as a security guard at Midnight Cowboy last November 17. Police Inspectors Louise Calleja, Paul Vassallo and Therese Sciberras prosecuted. Lawyer Robert Abela appeared for the man.
