Ducati dominated the second day of pre-season MotoGP testing at Phillip Island yesterday with Brazilian veteran Alex Barros setting the pace on the new 800cc machine.
Barros lapped in one minute 30.01 seconds for the Pramac D'Antin team, inside the circuit record and ahead of works Ducati riders Loris Capirossi of Italy and Australian Casey Stoner.
Valentino Rossi's Yamaha team did not attend the test at the island circuit. The season starts in Qatar on March 10.
