Alcohol-free events for the young

Sedqa, in collaboration with other entities, will be holding another Teen Central Alcohol-Free Event for those aged between 13 and 16 and a carnival gathering for 11- to 16-year-olds.

The Teen Central Alcohol-Free Event will be held at Rafiki's Café, outside the University Gates, on February 9, between 7.30 and 11 p.m.

Entrance is free and includes a subscription offer for the international student identity card, which can be obtained at Lm1.50.

Youths interested in performing at the activities, such as by singing or dancing, can call Primary Prevention on 2124 4226.

A carnival gathering with spot prizes, finger food, non-alcoholic drinks and talent shows will take place at the Dingli primary school hall on February 16 between 7.30 and 11 p.m. Entrance fee is Lm1.50 and bookings can be made by calling on 9949 0261/9985 5894.
