I refer to Wylie Cunningham's letter Land Of The Free? (January 12 ).

I would like to point out to Mr Cunningham that, as a free citizen of whatever country, he has choices. If it worries him that when going to the United States he will be subject to the rules and regulations of the country he is visiting with regard to entry of aliens into the country, be it for business, pleasure or what have you, one of the choices he has as a free citizen of his country is not to go to the US.

But if he decides that he wants to go, then he must follow all the rules set by the country he is visiting as a guest.
