Once again, I would like to point out that all ministries within the government are cooperating in the government's green initiatives.
I would also like to repeat that there are a number of initiatives that are on-going simultaneously and that it is the prerogative of each ministry to focus on one initiative as opposed to another. Ministries are allocated an annual budget for these green initiatives and it is the responsibility of the respective Green Leader to maximise on the use of this budget.
As far as Green Public Procurement is concerned, the document that Candidus II is quoting from maps the government's commitment in the area of environmentally-friendly public procurement. Until such time when the policy is implemented, it is not obligatory for ministries to practise green procurement. Once this procurement policy is implemented, all ministries will implement it successfully.
