An Attard man was yesterday conditionally discharged for two years for damaging his friend's car when he hit it with a crowbar following an argument.

Neville Cassar, 24, admitted to damaging Matthew Migneco's Mini Cooper, threatening him with the crowbar and breaching the peace in Attard on May 13, 2006.

Police Inspector Kevin Farrugia prosecuted.
