Maltapost is boasting about local next-day deliveries. Can it also boast about overseas postage? Parcels are taking endless weeks to be received if at all. I'm still waiting for a package from the UK that was dispatched several weeks ago. So I am as frustrated as others who have put pen to paper to complain about Maltapost's disservice.

The Christmas fury is over, so that would not be a good excuse. Is it true that many stored packages are in a bad state, in many cases sodden wet with unreadable addresses? Is it true personnel are phoning up trying to trace addressees? What happens if these parcels are a complete write-off and undelivered? Any compensation?

I hope no bright witted PRO will again remind us that there is a line and an e-mail address to voice one's complaints and that there are more full moons in the calendar than dissatisfied people!
