The Centre for Ignatian Spirituality is organising a weekend retreat on the subject of "anger". During our life we may pass through experiences that hurt us and fill us with anger and guilt feelings that confuse us and rob us of our peace of heart.

The Centre for Ignatian Spirituality is organising a weekend retreat on the subject of "anger".

During our life we may pass through experiences that hurt us and fill us with anger and guilt feelings that confuse us and rob us of our peace of heart. However, this situation can help us grow.

This weekend retreat, which will be held at Mount St Joseph Retreat House, Targa Gap, Mosta, from Friday at 6 p.m. till Sunday at 5 p.m., will give participants space to share their experience in an atmosphere of acceptance and tolerance, at the same time allowing God to restore peace of heart and give sense to this interior suffering.

This retreat-workshop will be led by Fr Vince Magri, SJ, together with Mary Cassar and Polly Schembri.

The centre is also holding a seminar on St Paul's Letter to the Galatians with select themes from the Spiritual Exercises of St Ignatius of Loyola.

This Magna Carta of Christian freedom will be discussed in connection with the problem of the relationship between divine grace and human will.

This seminar will be conducted (in English) by Biblical scholar Dr Anthony J. Frendo and will be held at Mount St Joseph Retreat House from Friday, January 26, at 7 p.m. to Sunday, January 28, at 5 p.m.

For booking and more information call 2141-6916 or 9986-4561.
