First I wish to thank you for the most informative page you give us every week. I would like to share a positive experience I had this week.
It started when I bought a pair of men's shoes in mid-October from Fiorentino Shoe Shop in Cospicua. Everything was OK until Christmas Eve, when the uppers decided to separate themselves from the soles.
Since my son needed them urgently, we glued them together and off he went. However, a couple of days later the other shoe started to split and I decided to take them back to the shop.
At this point I must say that I didn't have the receipt because I had sent it to the lottery office. When I explained to the owner what had happened, he examined the shoes and promptly gave me a new, different pair. He said that a better pair is called for. This happened in under three minutes.
This is indeed excellent customer service. I wish to thank Fiorentino Shoe Shop publicly and I recommend other readers to take note of this shop that offers excellent customer service.
