Dirty driving

I would like to know what's wrong with the road leading from Marsa to the Qormi roundabout, next to the golf course. On Sunday night I was driving through it and the road was full of animal waste and drainage. My car got covered with this waste. I had to go to a carwash where it was power-washed and it still stinks.

I would like the authorities to take action on this shameful situation.
