The Programme for Inclusive Education of the Department of Psychology is organising two seminars on Recent Research in the Development and Education of Children with Down Syndrome, as part of continuous professional training, on Saturday and Sunday in Lecture Centre 2 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

The speaker is Professor Sue Buckley of the Sarah Duffen Foundation. The seminars will focus on the cognitive, emotional, social and sexual development of persons with Down syndrome.

The themes discussed include Early Intervention and Primary School Aged Children with Down Syndrome, and Secondary School Aged Youngsters with Down Syndrome.
