Melita service

As one of the many hundreds of customers who use Melita's very expensive cable TV service (or lack of it), it is about time someone spoke up. We can guarantee only one thing for sure and that is repeat after repeat after repeat on a daily basis.

There are frequent problems with lip-synchronisation on many channels, programmes missing, wrongly advertised programmes, electronic programme guide never right, the magazine always wrong - the list is never ending. On December 16 and 17 we had no sound reception all day on UK TV.

In case of complaint, the customer care number keeps you on hold indefinitely while you are compelled to listen to self-advertisements.

Get it right, Melita, or lose another dissatisfied customer.
