We have more than enough cases wherein traders/suppliers do not co-operate and, as can be seen, despite the festive season, we are featuring such a case this week. However we must conclude 2006 by referring to the cases featured under our regular "On a positive note" heading in 2006. Indeed, on the basis of having satisfied consumers to such an extent that the consumers concerned wrote to me on a positive note, it makes sense to close the year by naming the traders.
