Why has no one complained or criticised the changeover and diversion works next to the tunnels for the Manwel Dimech viaducts replacement?

As a chartered civil engineer who has worked on road/bridge construction, I can say that it's because everybody involved has done a good job, so prosit and keep up the good work!

As a finishing touch, though, can the contractor just improve the drainage by the expansion joints (so as to avoid the flooding when it rains) and add some more advance warning signage of lane diversion/closure for the benefit of our visitors?
