The following letter was sent to the managing director, Intercomp, in Marsa, and copied to me:
I wish to express my deep satisfaction for the way Brian (I believe it's Brian Farrugia) and the rest of his staff tackled my call for repair.
I found my HP Ipaq damaged and your staff had every reason to believe I was negligent in view of the broken screen. However, instead of simply turning off my true, honest version, your representative took time to listen to my story and promised to try and convince the foreign repairers of my case.
Your office kept me informed by sending me text messages until my Ipaq was repaired under warranty. This is true customer service where staff will try anything to keep their customers happy! (André Farrugia)
