I refer to I.M. Beck's weekly contribution of December 9. I had decided not to give him the time of day as he never replies to the issues at hand. Moreover, he does his readers a disservice when he deliberately misleads them on the points made by those persons he seeks to criticise.
Unfortunately it seems that the columnist cannot stand being ignored and could not resist taking a dig and a poke at me. Yet so far he has not had the courage to reply at all to my queries.
Ah well, he must again be auditioning for the role of His Master's Voice. The Constitution is promulgated for the people, who have a right to know, and a right to comment.
