Due to personal reasons I have been frequenting St Luke's Hospital twice a week. While waiting I often decide to take a breath of fresh air. Outside I can see in each part and in every corner and on each door or window a lot of pigeon droppings. Not to mention the fact that in some areas you can also see dead pigeons.
Please let's not forget that this is a hospital and that it should be kept as clean as possible. It is absolutely disgusting to see all this excrement. Patients cannot even open a window because in some areas the pigeons actually manage to hit you with some of their droppings.
I would really like to see our main hospital treated with more respect. I believe that this might be the reason why some people complain about the hospital.
Certainly not about the staff and the service they provide as they do a really good job. Let us not forget that the first impression is what counts and that a patient needs to be in an environment that is conducive to healing. The authorities should really take action about it and restore the hospital to a proper state.
