James Axiak, 35 of Zabbar, was yesterday accused of being in possession of heroin in quantities denoting it was not for his personal use. Mr Axiak was allegedly found in possession of heroin on April 15. He was further charged with relapsing.

Lawyers Franco Debono and Charmaine Cherret appeared for the accused.
