Successful mission

We have just returned from Egypt where we were part of a trade mission organised by Malta Enterprise. We are highly impressed by the way this mission was organised. We cannot but commend the organisers for their dedication and commitment to our success.

We cannot fail to thank James Spiteri, of Malta Enterprise, who left no stone unturned to ensure that each and everyone of us on this trade mission had successful appointments and meetings in Egypt.

On the same note, one cannot but praise the commitment and perfect organisation of Ian Messina, the Bank of Valletta representative for Egypt and Tunisia.

His cooperation with Mr Spiteri and our Ambassador in Egypt, Richard Vella Laurenti, is highly commendable. Last but not least, special thanks go to Dr Vella Laurenti, who made sure that all of us felt at home at the embassy, where we were given top service when preparing the meetings and business discussions with our counterparts in Egypt.

We can assure the business community in Malta that this was no mass production organisation, but a highly personalised service given to each and everyone of us on the mission.

Many thanks to all the organisers. Keep it up. You are a fine example of Maltese abilities and an encouragement to all those who organise or participate in such business events.
