Esmeralda Micallef Zarafa, NLP master practitioner, was recently awarded four international advanced certifications after an eight full-day accelerated training and practice programme at City University in the UK and a preliminary 70-hour preparation and assignment period.

Ms Micallef Zarafa has been certified as master results coach, performance coach, master hypnosis and certified in advanced neurological Re-Patterning. The latter certifications qualify for high-level coaching, business performance consultancy, personal development, leadership and life coaching. They are the next generation of achievement tools and the latest developments on what neuro-linguistic programming has achieved so far.

Neurological repatterning is a compilation of neuro linguistics, cognitive psychology and hypnosis in conjunction with quantum physics and all that is known of the brain's functioning to create reality. It is the process of creating new neurological pathways that allow individuals to develop different, effective behaviours and arrive at new conclusions.

The two things that determine our success in life are our internal communication, which is how and what we communicate inside our minds and bodies (our thoughts) and our external communication, the manner in which we communicate to others.

Ms Micallef Zarafa, who possesses a Psychology degree specialising in training and education, has attended numerous seminars on personal empowerment and self-development within varied schools of thought, both locally and abroad.

As head of training at New Training Dynamics Esmeralda, in conjunction with managing director Larissa Redaelli, trainer and NLP master practitioner, have designed and delivered training and consultancy to statal and parastatal organisations and top leading companies on the island and are currently developing and negotiating further foreign opportunities.
