Maltese balconies for Madliena Village

Domestica Limited is currently installing traditional wooden Maltese balconies in the apartments it is finishing within the Madliena Village gated condominium in Madliena.

The balconies are manufactured to order at their factory in Attard, with double glazed windows and the traditional hooks and latches to enable the windows to be opened outwards.

According to Domestica director Chris Vassallo Cesareo, these balconies are highly durable and give the condominium a typically local aspect. "We wish the new residents to feel as if they own a typical Maltese home. We are committeed to continue the tradition of building Maltese balconies thanks to our specialised craftsmen and use the highest quality materials and finishes for long-term durability."
