A couple of years ago I wrote to The Times about the need of bus shelters at the bus terminus, Valletta.

I learnt through The Times (December 12) about the upgrading of the bus terminus including shelters and facilities for bus drivers. I would like to thank the member of Parliament, Noel Farrugia, who raised the issue through a question and Minister Jesmond Mugliett who announced the upgrading of the Valletta bus terminus.

Surely, commuters will be happy, especially the elderly ones because it would be a great help to them in all seasons.
