Faulty Pietà traffic lights
The traffic lights on Marina Street, Pietà in front of the Marina parking area, are (at the time of writing) yet again out of order. They have not been working since December 8 during heavy rainfall. Every time it rains, these traffic lights stop working.

Every time it rains, these traffic lights stop working. Every time this happens I report the matter to the Pietà local council, which, in turn, reports the matter to the responsible authority. The traffic lights get fixed and work again until the next rainfall and this situation goes on and on.
As there are several offices in the area, it is already very risky for us to cross the road when the lights are functioning, let alone when they are out of order. I am sure there is a fault with these lights as the set further down the road, near the Marina old people's home, remains in order despite the rain.
Can these lights be fixed once and for all or does it take someone to be injured or even killed before anything is done about them?
