A total of 148 students received their diplomas and certificates after successfully completing courses at the Institute for Tourism Studies.

During a graduation ceremony held at the Corinthia San Gorg Hotel, St Julians, ITS deputy director Teddy Camilleri said the institute was awarded the Erasmus University Charter. Furthermore, with the set up of the Malta Qualifications Council, the ITS is now waiting for the endorsement of all the vocational education and training programmes.

Education Minister Louis Galea congratulated the new graduates.

A total of 93 certificates and 55 diplomas were handed to the new graduates. The following students graduated in ITS courses:
