Four injured in road accident

The driver of a Kia Mentor and three passengers were seriously injured when they were involved in an accident in Sa Maison Hill, Floriana at about 3.45 a.m., yesterday.

The police said none of the injured are in danger of dying.

The accident happened when the 34-year-old driver from Ghajnsielem, for some reason lost control of the vehicle which crashed against a wall. At the time the car was proceeding in the direction of Valletta.

The passengers in the car were two men aged 34 and 32 from San Gwann and Mosta respectively and a 23-year old woman from Zabbar.

The police are investigating the accident.
