Magistrate Antonio Mizzi and Frank Camilleri, the MBA president and secretary respectively, will be occupying key positions in the FIBA set-up for the 2006-2010 terms.

Magistrate Mizzi was appointed president of the FIBA World Legal Commission and elected vice-president of the Legal Commission of FIBA Europe. Between 2002 and 2006, the MBA president had served as member in both commissions.

Camilleri was elected member of the Small Countries Commission of FIBA Europe.

Camilleri has served in this commission before.

Moreover, another Maltese delegate, Ray Mercieca, has been nominated on the Finance Commission of FIBA Europe for the term of office 2006-2010.
