Hawker arraigned

A hawker has been charged with circulating counterfeit DVDs and Playstation games at the Ta' Qali market.

Jesmond Musù, 42, pleaded not guilty to circulating the counterfeit items, breaching copyright and relapsing.

Police Inspector Ian Abdilla prosecuted.

Lawyer Josè Herrera and Roberto Montalto were defence counsel.
