Free Berloni kitchens with Savoy Gardens apartments

Frank Salt Real Estate Limited, exclusive agents of the Savoy Gardens Development, have concluded an agreement with Domestica Ltd, sole local representatives of Berloni Spa, to supply and install the popular Berloni kitchen in each apartment sold through Frank Salt Real Estate Limited. The kitchen is being given free to buyers of the apartments within the development.

"An order for the first 50 kitchens has been confirmed with Berloni Spa and, at the rate the apartments are selling, we hope to order more in the near future," said company director Douglas Salt, who is in charge of the project.

"The apartments in Savoy Gardens, being built on the site of the old Gasan Showroom, are earmarked to be one of the most prestigious developments in the area.

"The development consists of a range of one-, two- and three-bedroom units surrounding a beautifully landscaped garden, all of which are being sold completely finished at very realistic prices, starting from only Lm40,500.

"The units are being purchased by first-time and second-time buyers, investors and foreign buyers."
