Duplex REB scoops prestigious international award

At the glittering International Property Awards night held at the London Marriott earlier this month, Maltese company Duplex Real Estate Branding was awarded the four star Real Estate Marketing Agency Award. This is the world's largest, most important property marketing event and a highly coveted recognition for this relatively young company.

Duplex Real Estate Branding is a marketing group specialised in branding real estate projects on an international scale. It has worked on a number of high profile projects in Malta and Gozo, in Europe and the Middle East.

Keith Pillow, Duplex managing director, personally thanked the professional adjudicating panel and expressed his satisfaction at the prestige the award adds to the company's portfolio of work.

Now in their 12th year, the International Property Awards have the largest international representation of any recognised property awards. Over 500 professionals from all sectors of the property market, representing 45 countries attended the event, presented by rock legend Rick Wakeman.

The former BBC Royal Correspondent, Jennie Bond, was also in attendance with a film crew capturing the evening's events on camera.

Entries were judged by a panel of professionals, whose collective knowledge of the property industry is second to none. Chaired by Eric Pickles MP, British Shadow Secretary of State, this year's judges included Peter Bolton King, chief executive of the National Association of Estate Agents; Jeremy Leaf, chairman of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors; media representatives from CNBC Arabia, Channel 4 and The Daily Mail, and other experts from The National House Building Council, Coutts Bank, The National Association of Estate Agents, Lycos UK, The Association of Relocation Professionals and The British Interior Design Association, among others.

Duplex Real Estate Branding, a member in the Association of International Property Professionals (AIPP), can now display the International Property Awards' logo. This symbol of excellence is recognised and appreciated in the international real estate industry and will add more value to the company's product offering.

"The award puts us firmly on the international real estate marketing circuit, and has already started to generate leads for new business," Mr Pillow said.
