With reference to the law report published last Sunday on page 5, entitled 'Mother and daughter given probation for making porn film', it has to be made clear that, although the charge against the three accused was of "manufacturing, printing or in any other way having imported in Malta, or acquired, kept, circulated or exported" pornographic material, they only pleaded guilty to the charge of distributing a DVD, not of producing it, and were sentenced accordingly.
