CLMS head facilitates information meeting

Dr John Goodwin, head of the Centre for Labour Market Studies, (CLMS) and Dr Henrietta O'Connor, head of Learning and Teaching, are to facilitate the CLMS's next information meeting. This is scheduled for Friday, December 1, at 6 p.m. at the FHRD in San Gwann. Those interested in knowing more about the distance learning courses offered and the centre are invited to attend.

Next January two Certificate programmes are being offered: Certificate in Training Practice and Certificate in Training Practice and Human Resource Management; two Diploma programmes: Diploma in Training and Development and Diploma in Human Resource Management; and six Masters programmes: M.Sc. in Human Resource Development, M.Sc. in Human Resource Management and Development, M.Sc. in Human Resource Development and Performance Management, M.Sc. in International HR and Globalisation, M.Sc. in Industrial Relations and Human Resources, and M.Sc. in Skills, Performance and Work Practices (new). The Doctorate in Social Sciences starts in April 2007.

Completed applications are to reach the FHRD by not later than Thursday, December 7, at noon.
