Positively concluded case

I conclude today's column by featuring the last letter of another positively concluded case:

With reference to my letter, dated September 23, as I promised, please be informed that, as was our agreement, Alison Camilleri on behalf of Construct Furniture Ltd, has collected the sofa and refunded all the amount involved; thus the matter is now resolved.

Once again, I thank you for your help. Nevertheless, through this letter, I would also like to show my appreciation to Ms Camilleri for the way she has lately handled the matter in such a cordial manner. (Gennaro Brincat)

I add my compliments to Construct Furniture on having seen to it that Mr Brincat is now a satisfied customer. I must also compliment Ms Camilleri. In no uncertain terms she is definitely an asset to Construct Furniture. Well done, Alison!
