A Fgura man was conditionally discharged for two years yesterday after he pleaded guilty to misappropriating less than Lm1,000. Nicholas Axisa, 23, pleaded guilty to misappropriating the money from FFF Services Ltd on July 19, 2005.

The court was presided over by Magistrate Giovanni Grixti.

Police Inspector Jesmond Borg prosecuted.
