Events Team

The University has an Events Team made up of the Communications Office, the Precincts Office and the Scheduling Office. This team is responsible for the busy calendar of events across campus and ensures the smooth running of the activities.

For internal colleagues, the team can help with all aspects of event planning by offering support and advice if they are thinking of holding an event; helping individuals to maximise publicity; co-ordinating events organised by University staff.

For the external audience the Events Team is there to provide information on current University events and assist in the booking procedure.

Anyone who intends to organise an event on campus is asked to fill in the enquiry form, which will be received by the Events Team. An events requirements form will be sent to the organisers.
