For the second consecutive year, Frank Salt Real Estate Ltd received the prestigious Best Real Estate Agency in Malta award by International Homes Magazine.

This year the company was the only one to receive the five-star award in this category.

The award was received by company chairman Frank Salt during the award-giving ceremony and gala dinner held at the London Marriott Hotel, Grosvenor Square on November 3, which was attended by over 500 guests and participants from 45 countries. Other awards included Best New Development, Best Architecture, Best Interior Design and others.

The applications for the awards are judged by a panel of high profile international judges specialising in their respective fields of expertise. Applications are judged on the company's standing locally and internationally, qualifications and experience of its staff, standard of professional service provided by the company and customer care, and quality and quantity of marketing activities undertaken by the company locally and overseas, among other criteria.

"We have reason to believe that we scored highly in all categories. Being awarded such a prestigious award for the second time makes us extremely proud. You cannot get better than five star," said managing director Joseph Lupi.
