Dhalia scoops two property awards

Also at the London Marriott Hotel, Grosvenor Square, on November 3, Dhalia Real Estate Agency received the presitigious five-star Best Real Estate Marketing and four-star Best Real Estate Agency in Malta awards by International Homes Magazine.

The award was presented to Dhalia chairman and CEO Franco Valletta, who was also accompanied by a group of managers.

Now in their 11th year, these awards have the largest international representation of any recognised property awards and the event is attended by over 500 professionals from all sectors of the property market.

Mr Valletta said: "This is a very special day for Dhalia Real Estate. Winning such international acclaim gives us tremendous motivation and encourages us to persist in our efforts. This award also acknowledges the company's ongoing strategy to expand its operations and create greater awareness of the Maltese property market locally and abroad."

This annual contest is open to all companies working in the residential property industry around the world. The award categories cover a wide range of activities and services connected to the property business and include development, interior design, architecture, property advertising, marketing and estate agency services.
