The new mini roundabout near Wembley's in St Julians is already a flop and will not last till Christmas. (My prediction). How can you have a tiny roundabout in such a constricted place?

If, on the other hand, the roundabout is a success, which I am 100 per cent sure it will not be, then, perhaps the St Julians local council can take a photo and send it to the Guinness Book of Records as the smallest roundabout in the world in one of Malta's busiest roads.
