During the weekend of October 21-22 San Anton School Scouts participated for the first time in the World Scout Jamboree On The Internet (JOTI), an international Scout Meeting on the Internet. This is an annual official event of the World Organisation of the Scout Movement.

It was a great experience for the troop as they contacted Scouts from 31 countries across 22 time zones! The Cubs dropped in on the activity to watch as contacts were made across the globe.

A large world map was hung and the places contacted were marked. The North District Commissioner and the Chief Scout paid a visit during the event.
