No one was injured in a fire which broke out in a store at Crown Works Ditch, Floriana yesterday morning.

The police said the blaze was ignited by sparks from a chaser that was being used by a worker, setting some furniture on fire.

The fire was confined to a small section of the store and was put out by firemen.

The police are investigating.
