The adverts for Product Malta are very good, well done. A few thoughts:

Missing a trick 1 - Why is it that quite a number of cafés have terrible toilet facilities? Many don't have toilet seats! Do not their owners make the connection between the hygiene of the toilet and that of the kitchen? Their foreign customers surely do! The tourist authority should inspect food establishment toilets!

Missing a trick 2 - Promotion for free! All of the foreign owners of apartments in Malta have made a commitment to the island. They will have many friends and could promote the island at zero cost to Malta. However, the law prevents them from letting their property as they could in France or Spain. The customers they get would be "as well as" not "instead of" customers that rent villas or hotel rooms.

Understand the market - In business you will not prosper if you only ever sell to "first time buyers". Survey people who have had their holidays - at the airport. Understand why they will come back - then promote it! Understand why they won't be coming back - then fix it!
