First of all I would like to congratulate and thank you for your interesting and informative column in The Sunday Times. I am writing so as to give you something for your 'On a positive note' section.

Over a year ago I had purchased some bathroom items from B&M Supplies Ltd. However, as time went by, one item in particular developed a tiny defect and, on seeing that I had received a written guarantee for this and the other items, I decided to approach them.

I was directed to the agent, Alf. Mizzi & Sons Ltd. I thought I would have a lot of explaining, convincing and negotiating to do but I was wrong. They immediately took the defective item and replaced it with a brand new one even excusing themselves for the defect.

I was amazed! This is what I call customer service and excellent after sales service. This is after all why certain suppliers cam guarantee a good relation with their clientele.

I would like to thank both B&M Supplies as well as Alf. Mizzi & Sons and reassure them that they have a guaranteed customer. (Claire Baron Bello)

This has proved to be a rather big column and I couldn't possibly not end it 'on a positive note'. I compliment B&M Supplies and Alf. Mizzi & Sons on their service. I also thank Ms Baron Bello for her comment in my regard.
